What is Haryana Public Service Commission?

Haryana Public Service Commission is a government agency created by the Constitution of India.https://hpsc.gov.in/en-us/Acts-Rules/Constitutional-Provisions-regarding-Public-Service-Commissions It conducts competitive examinations for recruitment to civil services in the state of Haryana. Haryana Public Service Commission was formed on 1 November 1966 in the state of Haryana. How to fill HPSC form :- 

The online application form for HPSC HCS 2025 notification will be filled by visiting the link issued by Haryana Public Service Commission. This link will be available on the official website of HPSC.https://hpsc.gov.in/en-us/

 

Application Mode :- 

Application for the HPSC HCS 2025 notification will be done only through online mode. There will be no provision for sending the form through offline mode. After filling the online form it will be printed, signed and uploaded again on the commission’s website.

 

Exam pattern :- 

Haryana Civil Services Exam will be conducted in three phases-

Phase 1

General Studies and CSAT. CSAT WILL BE OF QUALIFYING NATURE

Merit will be determined on the basis of the question paper of the preliminary examination and 12 times of the total number of candidates will be called for the main examination .

Phase 2

Main Written Examination a) It shall comprise of four papers: Total 600 Marks

Paper – I : English (including English Essay) : 100 Marks

Paper – II: Hindi (including Hindi Essay) : 100 Marks (in Devnagri Script)

Paper – III : General Studies : 200 Marks

Paper – IV : One optional subject : 200 Marks

After this, the students who qualify in the main exam will be called for Personality Test / Viva-voice  of 75 Marks .  After Viva-voice final result will be declared and the final selection list will be prepared.

Recruitment Process :- 

The recruitment process will be completely transparent and the application process will be completed through online medium. Filling of any kind of offline form will be prohibited.

Qualification :- 

The minimum qualification for Haryana Civil Services Recruitment Examination will be graduation. It is mandatory to appear for the minimum qualification examination before the last date issued in the notification.

HPSC Syllabus :- 

The syllabus for Haryana Civil Services Exam will be determined and finalized by Haryana Public Service Commission. HPSC Result :- 

Under normal circumstances, the result is declared within a period of 1 month after the preliminary examination. This result is available on the official website of the commission. https://hpsc.gov.in/en-us/Results

Age Relaxation :- 

The candidate (except for the post of DSP) should not be less than 18
years and not more than 42 years of age, on or before 01.01.2026. For the post
of DSP, a candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 27 years
of age on or before 01.01.2026.

 

HPSC Answer Key :- 

The answer key is released within 24 to 48 hours of the preliminary examination and objections are invited. After proper disposal of the objections, the result of the preliminary examination is declared.
