HPSC ADO WHAT TO DO :-

The qualifications of each post are as per the relevant Service Rules. The
candidates should ensure that they possess the qualifications mentioned in
the advertisement.
The eligibility of the candidate with regard to age will be determined as on
01.07.2025. Educational qualifications, experience etc. shall be determined
on the Closing Date fixed for submission of online application forms.
After making payment, the candidate must take a printout of his/her application
form and upload the same after duly checking & signing it.
The Matriculation certificate or equivalent academic certificate thereto is the only
acceptable document for evidence of age/date of birth.
The eligibility of a candidate with reference to the documents submitted by
him/her is assessed only after the candidate has qualified for the
interview/viva-voce.

Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the
fee be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.
No certificate or document issued after the Closing Date will be
accepted by the Commission at any stage of the selection process.
The improvement in marks done by a candidate after the Closing Date
shall not be considered for any purpose in this recruitment.
No claim of any candidate regarding equivalent
qualifications would be considered unless it is specified in the relevant
Service Rules.

How to fill HPSC form :-

Application Mode :-

Application for the HPSC HCS 2025 notification will be done only through online mode. There will be no provision for sending the form through offline mode. After filling the online form it will be printed, signed and uploaded again on the commission’s website.

Exam pattern :-

Haryana Civil Services Exam will be conducted in three phases-

Phase 1

General Studies and CSAT. CSAT WILL BE OF QUALIFYING NATURE

Merit will be determined on the basis of the question paper of the preliminary examination and 12 times of the total number of candidates will be called for the main examination .

Phase 2

Main Written Examination a) It shall comprise of four papers: Total 600 Marks

Paper – I : English (including English Essay) : 100 Marks

Paper – II: Hindi (including Hindi Essay) : 100 Marks (in Devnagri Script)

Paper – III : General Studies : 200 Marks

Paper – IV : One optional subject : 200 Marks

After this, the students who qualify in the main exam will be called for Personality Test / Viva-voice of 75 Marks . After Viva-voice final result will be declared and the final selection list will be prepared.

Recruitment Process :-

The recruitment process will be completely transparent and the application process will be completed through online medium. Filling of any kind of offline form will be prohibited.

Qualification :-

The minimum qualification for Haryana Civil Services Recruitment Examination will be graduation. It is mandatory to appear for the minimum qualification examination before the last date issued in the notification.

Age Relaxation :-

The candidate (except for the post of DSP) should not be less than 18
years and not more than 42 years of age, on or before 01.01.2026. For the post
of DSP, a candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 27 years
of age on or before 01.01.2026.

HPSC Answer Key :-

The answer key is released within 24 to 48 hours of the preliminary examination and objections are invited. After proper disposal of the objections, the result of the preliminary examination is declared.
